I visited the Gustav Klimt: The Magic of Line exhibition
this past weekend and it had such amazing displays
of his sketches. I brought along a pocket sketchbook
and a brush pen and did some mini studies of his figures.
My studies didn't capture the expressions he made with
just a few stroke of lines. Go check out the real thing!

I saw an expo of his last month in Venice - I loved a couple of simple line studies most and even did the same thing as you and jotted them down :')

I absolutely love all of these, but the first one is my fave!
I love these. Klimt is one of my favorites, though I like Egon Schiele a bit more. I saw some of their work in Europe and just love it. Your sketches capture that freedom and beauty very well. Great work.
